Speech Question
Hey,
I am doing English Advanced in year 11. I currently have an assessment about power and i am required to write a speech about "How power can be sustained in by institution through fear, indoctrination and punishment?" I understand what words means but i think i dont understand what the question is actually asking for.
By the way, English is my second language
