Speech on 'two choices'!!

hi, i'm writing a speech for my english assignment. it is based on 'the road not taken' by Robert Frost. i have to make a creative piece of writing taking on the role of a silenced character in the poem. As the poem is about two choices, i've decided to write a speech about global warming and how people choose not to care. i really need help in writing the speech. i don't know what points to discuss. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
