Speech

I have trouble pronouncing the letters d,k,t and sometimes a few other letters. Most words that start with a "t" taylor or tyler when I start to say them I can not get them out without a studder on the first sound, but when I put a different word in front of the word I have trouble with then it comes out normal like "lisa taylor". Also when singing along with the radio I never have trouble pronouncing words. Thanks
