I believe the word 'sinner' looks proper in religious contexts or in Bible studies. I used "reject" to mean to really not care about Him, become rebellious against Him in spite of knowing that He has a stake in world affair and above all in your own personal life. Whenever you needed Him,

If one doesn't adhere to any system of religious belief but still thinks that there is some Supreme Being. Okay, I won't call him ***; only religious or sinners have monopoly over that word.
