Specific Plural Salutations

Hello,

Can anyone confirm the grammatical correctness of this?

How to refer to two doctors with the same last name (ie: Smith):

If they are biologically related:

Immediate family (ie: father and daughter): Doctor and Doctor Smith

Siblings: Doctors Smith

Not related:

Just two people: Doctor Smith and Doctor Smith

Married: Doctor and Doctor Smith

For related doctors:

Dr. Bob Smith and his daughter, Dr. Jan Smith.

Dr. Bob Smith and his brother, Dr. Bill Smith.

For non-related doctors:

Dr. Bob Smith and Dr. Rick Smith.

For husband and wife doctors:

Dr. Bob Smith and his wife, Dr. Marge Smith.

Unless they is some reason to explalin the relationship, I'd just say

eg Dr. Bob Smith and Dr. Jan Smith.

and not mention whether they are married, siblings, etc.

Can you provide a context in which you would speak of them?

eg is it part of a sentence? What's an example of such a sentence?

eg its it an opening salutation in a letter? Is it an address on an envelope?
