Special sense

Eto and Ronaldinho use special senses when they pass a ball, so defence players can't read what they are about to do.

Is this correct and natural to say?

Thanks

There is a limited number of senses that humans have. Perhaps 'signals' is a better choice of words here.

Screens is a good word. Thanks, Marius.

Hi guys,

I don't know what it means to say 'They used special screens'.

Best wishes, Clive

I don't understand 'screens' here either. Signals is fine.

Well, the point IMO, is that a signal can't mask a player's execution, but it would communicate just his intentions to his teammates in code. In order to avoid that opponents get a read, he must do something about the beginningof his execution, which would send them on the wrong track
