Can you give me the reason why these phrases are grammatically incorrect: "Who am i speaking to?" and "Who am I talking with?"

" In theory, you should say 'whom', but it's very, very commonly omitted. #1 is also incorrect because you need a capital 'I'. Best wishes, Clive
