Speaking task 2

Here is another speaking task I've written down. This one was especially difficult since don't have much vocabulary related to sports, and since I'm not really interested in this topic I don't really know what to say about it. Could you maybe also give me some examples of what I could have said?

If I’m honest I’m not a sporty person and I’m not aware of the tendencies that there might be in this field.

In picture A we can see a girl climbing a rock. She seems to have fun. I can’t really say why climbing has become popular. But maybe because it must be a challenging sport and it has become safer since the equipment is better than ever before., and I suppose that it has become also cheaper, as such climbers can afford to climb.
I think it is a sport that is suitable for people that like the mountains, and there is also something dangerous about it, and some people just need that shot of adrenaline.

In picture B we can see some people kitesurfing. I don’t think that it is very popular in Spain since I have never seen someone practising this sport. I can imagine that it is more exciting than just surfing or windsurfing. It looks more difficult, and this could also be motivating since it is also challenging.

In picture C we can see a man mountainbiking. I can imagine that some people that like cycling must be really interested in this sport since you can push yourself to a limit, and experiment with different surroundings. It’s again a risky sport where adrenaline plays a big role.
