I wrote down a speaking task I made. Could you correct the mistakes?

How effective might those things be in making employees working lives more pleasant?

- A staff social club
- Free transport to and from work
- An inexpensive staff restaurant
- A sports centre and gym
- Flexible working hours.

- I don’t really know what a staff social club is. Maybe it is a club which’s purpose is to improve the relationship between employees. Nonetheless, I don’t think it is really useful. If you are interested in building a good relationship with a workmate, you just have to put interest in it.
- Free transport to and from work is a great idea, like that everyone would have the same salary no matter were they lived.
- If you have to work at mornings and evenings you possibly will have to stay at the staff restaurant and it would be a benefit for the employees if the menu wasn’t expensive. A lot of people bring their food from home because the staff restaurant is too expensive or unhealthy.
- A sports centre an gym? I think this is pretty useless at work. I don’t want to do sports at work. If I feel like exercising I do it in my spare time far away from work!
- Flexible working hours are very important nowaday, especially if you have children to take care of. Like this you can come in later to work because you have brought your children to kindergarden, for example.

Which tow things would benefit staff more?
I think moneplays always a big role in our society. That’s why In my opinion to get paid the transport is one of the things that will make employees feel more pleased. Also the flexible working hours, because it will make you feel less stressed since you can balance better your private-life and work-life.
