SPEAKING EXAM WHCIH I HAVE FAILED

0Please anyone help me.I need some recommendations on this .I have been participating a speaking exam which my company is holding it every month and i have been failing in all these exams.This my forth time i couldnt.i have failed again. 05000 So i have now decided to make some real study.i am sure i did.but nothing about speaking.Now there not seems any options i havent tried yet ,only option that seems work taking conservation lessons from a native teacher.Then let me ask you if it is fruitful.I am waiting for your advices many thanks.010id6

0 I am using it in my job by writing business letters and doing phone conversations but they are always same conversations and i cant learn speaking in any other topics.Thanks for your advice 0-

0 I have just bought a dvd player and i have just discovered the subtitles at bbc prime and i see it is working but as usually being said in the forum i must be covered by English so it is not only enough listening or reading also using it might be necessary. 0-

0 Find a language partner. Practice will help you become a better speaker. Brushing up on grammar will also go a long way. 0-
