Speaking English

I used to watch a lot of movies and series and I found them sometimes they speak weird English. Most of them use don't for all the time, either singular or plural. He don't need it, he don't know about it ( isn't it doesn't ? ) ... and also they tend to use double negative like, I won't hesitate no more, I don't care no more, is it that they're saying "I don't care, no more" ? but seems to be a really quick way.
