Well, How can we convince native speakers to talk to us? This question may sound weird but I think this is a question of culture. It's about how people meet each other there and what they are so taken with. You know, girls are a bit coy

If you are in Ankara, you could check at the British or the American Embassy to see if they have a list of people who volunteer to teach English. You might also check at METU or Gazi Egitim.
