Speakinf fluently

iam facing severe problem while speaking. I am mechnical engg. i am working as application engg, my job profile ism such that i suppose go to colleges and industries and demonstrate my software.my job requires spontaneous english to impress customers so there is lot of bourtdaqn on myself before every seminar.

Can you suggest me how should i overcome this problem? because i have no
time to join tutions.Do you have any material that i can read to improve english.
