"Speak so presumptively"

Good day, dear Guru`s.
I am playing one game on English (without russian translation and subtitles) in order to improve langauge skill.

I have got one dialoge in the game which I can not understand totally. Especially the last part of the dialoge: "Speak so presumptively"

Here is the full part of the dialoge in order to understand the sence.

"Really. And who precisely are you? Where did you find the gall to walk up to three kings and speak so presumptively?"

"Speak so presumptively" - how to understand this part of sentence, I did not find any example in the internet in order to understand the word "presumptively"

Using English - Russian translation = the sence is the same than in English.

Here is an explanation from dictionary.com:

http://www.dictionary.com/browse/presumptively

presumptive

Embryology. pertaining to the part of an embryo that, in the course of normal development, will predictably become a particular structure or region.

But it did not improve my understanding of the phrase: "speak so presumptively"

Kind regards,
Danil B.

My initial thought was that this was an error for "presumptuously", but at least one dictionary allows that "presumptive" can mean "presumptuous". com/definition/us/presumptuous#presumptuous : presumptuous : (of a person or their behavior) failing to observe the limits of what is permitted or appropriate.

My initial thought was that this was an error for "presumptuously", but at least one dictionary allows that "presumptive" can mean "presumptuous". Anyway, the meaning is no doubt as in sense 2 at https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/presumptuous#presumptuous :

It comes from the root word "presume" which means to take something as the truth without specific basis or evidence.

If someone speaks presumptively, they are speaking as if they are an authority on the subject when they are not.

presumptive

FYI. That color is very difficult to read.
