Hello,

is it possible to write:

Well, speak on and tell me about your idea.

I know that "go on" would be probably more common than "speak on" but I wonder if "speak on" is also possible.

Hello Clive,

thanks a lot for your quick answer. If it doesn't sound natural, I'll leave it out. Because the sentence is part of a gap text for children to learn English, so only words that sound natural should be accepted.
