Hello again! Are the sentences in below correct and if yes, do they carry the same meaning?

Speaking of IQ, I daresay he has the highest IQ in my class.

Speakinf about IQ, I daresay he has the highest IQ in my class.

Talking of IQ, I daresay he has the highest IQ in my class.

Talking about IQ, I daresay he has the highest IQ in my class.

To me, the first and the fourth ones sound better to me. Would you please explain it?
