I would like to know the difference between spa day and day spa.

What are they supposed to mean? I found this one in an online definition: A day spa is a business which provides a variety of services for the purpose of improving health, beauty and relaxation through personal care treatments such as massages and facials . However, 'spa day' eludes me.
