souvenir : something that reminds you of a person,place or an event.

memento : something that is kept as a reminder

memorabilia : items which are collected because they have a link to somebody famous
- Beatles memorabilia = items that once belonged to the Beatles.

Do you mean 'souvenir' and 'memento mean the same thing and 'memorabilia' is different from them?
Here is an example:
"He bought a little model of the Eiffel Tower as a souvenir/memento of his holiday in Paris."

Do the two words mean the same and interchangeable here? Does 'memorabilia' work here?

Memorabilia is different to souvenir/memento. (see the definition above). Memorabilia does not wotk in your example regarding the Eiffel Tower.

He bought a little model of the Eiffel Tower as a souvenir/memento of his holiday in Paris. I would accept either.

Among does not work in your question - we talk about the difference/differences between A and B.
