Hello, The conversation sounds fine. Just a little error in your Beverage list - you have tomato soup down as a drink. Soup, even though it is liquid, counts as food not drink.

I would not say "a shrimp soup". I'd say "shrimp soup" or "the shrimp soup".
Also, ninety-nine percent of the time in the U.S., the waiter or waitress will not say "Sir" or "Ma'am".

A: Are you ready to order?
B: Uh-hunh.
A: What would you like?
B: I'll have the salad and the shrimp soup.
A: Anything to drink?
B: A coke.
A: Anything else?
