Sound/Sound like

Hello everybody!

Is there a differnce between saying?

1. It sounds a good idea.
2. It sounds like a good idea.

Does like here suggest hesitation or something like that?

Thanks a lot!

There isn't really any difference in meaning. "It sounds like a good idea" is more common and feels more natural to me.
