Hi,

Is it correct to say "Today's class will also be cancelled and the lesson/lecture postponed until next Saturday."

I suggest simply "Today's class will also be postponed, until Saturday."

'Also' means that some other class was postponed earlier.

Hi,

Yes. Actually, 'to' is better.
