Sound track or soundtrack? Should the word "in" be capitalized in a title?

I have a few questions.

Which one is correct: sound track or soundtrack?

Should the word "in" be capitalized in a title if it's its last word? Example: Let Her In.

In the sentence "I didn't like the movie; the soundtrack was alright, though." was the semicolon used correctly or should it be a full stop intead? Also, is there indeed a comma before that "though" at the end?

About sound track, I found this entry on Merriam-Webster: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/sound%20track. Is it also correct then?

Is the comma before though mandatory? Can I choose not to put it?
