The word, advertisement repeats twice. I don't know if it is good sentence.

I don't know what you mean. Are the advertisments promoted and discussed by celebrities? or the celebrities became actors in those advertistments?

if you meant, they became actors :

a lot of advertisements are performed by celebrities.

mine might be bad though, not a teacher
