Sound natural and correct in grammar ?

Hi everyone~

I'm wondering whether some sentences below sound natural and have no grammatical errors or not.
Each of the sentences have no relevance each other.
They sound awkward to me but someone seems to have different idea so.... I need your opinion as an English native.
Any ideas will be welcomed and much appreciated.

Thanks~!!

The sentences are as follows:

1.
The Pygmalion effect says that the greater the expectation put on people, the better they perform.
( Should the underlined part be changed like this? --> "the greater the expectation put on people is" )

2.
We know that Murphy’s Law is anything that can go wrong goes wrong.
But there is also Sally’s Law which is when something goes wrong but it actually helps you.
(These two sentences are written together and the underlined parts sound awkward to me... incorrect grammatically.... what do you think about them?)

3.
Now this kind of phenomenon is called the Black Swan Effect.
It’s a situation or event that seems impossible but nonetheless it happens.
(Should the part in bold be changed like this? --> "but that nonetheless happens" OR "but nonetheless happens" )

4.
One of the most loved coffess is 'cappuccino.'
(Should the underline part be changed like this? --> "One of the most loved coffee" OR "one of the most loved coffee")

Pb03 The Pygmalion effect says that the greater the expectation put on people, the better they perform. Correct as written. I wouldn't rule out the alternative, but I prefer the original.

Thank you, Blue Jay!

Your comments would be a big help for me.

I just want to know one more thing, about my second question related to the Murphy's and Sally's Law.

You said "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong is the usual version."
Still if you have to make a sentence beginnig with "We know that Murphy's law is ...", how do you think you can change the

You could say We know that Murphy's law is that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
You could say But there is also Sally’s Law, which refers to something going wrong which actually helps you.
("But there is also Sally’s Law which is something going wrong but actually helps you" is ungrammatical.)
