Sound jumping

Hi! Emotion: smile

I'd like to write about an audio unit test on sound jumping in CD, DVD and other audio media.
Is it correct to say "test on sound jumping in audio media"?

thanks!

The phrasing seems OK to me, but I would like to see it in its sentence.

Thank you, Mr. Micawber!

The sentence I am trying to write is:
StartFragment>
This standard aims to stipulate a method for testing and assessing sound jumping in audio media on a test bench to substitute for the conventional actual vehicle running test.

Does it sound OK?
I would appreciate it if you could correct it.
