So,Too - Neither , Either - But

A - John's new suit is worth a lot of money , and mine ...... to
1-is , 2- does , 3-do , 4-are
why the best chosen answer is number 4(are) and not number 1 (is) ?

I need guiding for the (So,Too - Neither , Either - But) , I've seen more examples and test since today but my knowledge about this kind is incomplete

were the best answer number 4 (are ) ?
if so  please tell me why it's like this ? why "are" ?

please explain completely since I've recently learnt this kind of grammar
