Since it doesn't mean anything, you can spell it however you want, including 'n-o-n-s-e-n-s-e'.

Yes, we are aware of this. We are considering using this word as a business name, and want to know how people would react to it. It looks so Russian I thought it was sovietsky the first time I read it.

I don't see anything wrong with the name, per se - but the type of business and the product being offered would be a factor in determining its appropriateness.
