*Leaders in an organization are normally older people. Some people think that younger leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree?
- In recent years, many companies around the world have taken the age of the directors in to account, that has a lot to do with their development in a long-term period. Although the old generation may own many good features such as experiment and relationship, the younger leaders are expected to be better in their opened mind.
