Can one say:
1-I am sorry to bother you last night.
instead of:
2-I am sorry to have bothered you last night.

Can one say:
3-I regret to bother you last night.
instead of:
4-I regret to have bothered you last night.

Can one say:
5-I am ashamed to bother you last night.
instead of:
6-I am ashamed to have bothered you last night.
