Yes, it is correct. If you are wanting to be grammatically correct then this is how you would write it. It is not always how people would say it though, unfortunately.
I assume you are referring to the use of "whom" as against "who".
"who" is the subjective pronoun, and would be used "who is going to work today?",
"whom" is objective. "To whom am I speaking?" although you woul

Yes, it's correct. There is no reason why, if I understand the question correctly. No grammar rules are broken.
