Dave has given you some suggestions that are more typical in a situation in which someone is simply suggesting that the two of you get together for dinner. Using 'booked' is certainly possible, but 'booked' would probably be more typical to talk about more than just a single time slot on a single day. For example, if someone said "Let's get together for dinner sometime next week"
