Sorry, but French pronunciation

Hi! I would like to know the pronunciation of a French word "tenez" in "Tenez, voila votre billet." If there is someone who is good at French, please tell me how to pronounce the word.

'tenez' is pronouced 'ten-ay'. ('Vwala votra beeay' The two lls are silent in billet).
I guess the above sentence would be informal spoken French because in 'tenez' is

The first vowel is indeed a schwa. The vowel in the second syllable is the same as that heard in "nay" in English, but without the diphthonged off-glide that some English speakers (especially many British people) pronounce.
