Hi Precious "Real sorry" is not good English, but it is used so often that I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes accepted soon. "I'm real sorry" is heard more in North America than Britian. "I am really sorry" is proper English.

Some people feel that you should say "I am VERY sorry." (The degree of your regret.)

If you want to use "really" (the sincerity of your regret), you might say:

Really, I am sorry.

I really am sorry.

I am sorry, really.
