Can we use "please" at the end of request "would you ... ,please?"
Example: Would you turn on the TV, please?
Or we have to use, "Would you please turn on the TV?"

Hi, Either way is fine. But at the end is more common in casual English. The important thing is not to forget to say 'Please'.
