Somewhere else/ anywhere else

-have we met somewhere else apart from the pizza club?
-have we met anywhere else apart from the pizza club?

I guess these sentences can be answered differently. Could you give me the right answers?

I'm not sure what you're getting at, but maybe you are currently studying negation with 'any' and 'some'. (I'm going to change the words a little; I'm a little more comfortable with the word 'besides' in this context.)
