Somewhere else/ anywhere else

-have we met somewhere else apart from the pizza club?
-have we met anywhere else apart from the pizza club?

I guess these sentences can be answered differently. Could you give me the right answers?

Thanks in advance.

The answers would be the same. It is the speakers who have slightly different conceptions: the first speaker thinks they have probably met at another place, while the second speaker is not confident that they have met at another place. The difference is slight, and the connotation could be more affected by tone of voice than word choice.

-- Have we met somewhere else besides the pizza club?
-- Yes, we've met somewhere else.
-- No, we haven't met anywhere else.
