Something that sounds like 'poshrabish'

The sentence as heard (possibly missheard) from the soundtrack of an old movie is:

Ah, food... food goes on forever! And give me a little more steak sauce, will you? And some mustard and some
[poshrabish] and some pickles.

What could be the word that sounds like 'poshrabish'? I think that it should be some kind of sauce, vegetable or garnish.
Context: A fat man eating dinner at a restaurant.
