Something-something

Hi,

I have two question regarding this sentence.

“It’s got serious street cred,” said Damon Dyer, a bartender at Louis 649 in the East Village, “and brings a certain something-something to a drink.”

1- What does something-something mean here?

2- What has got serious street cred? the liqueur?

The text is about Bénédictine liqueurs. I'm writing down the preceding sentence so that you can understand it better.

Its latest life — as a rediscovered component in haute cocktails — is currently unfolding, particularly in New York City, where craft bartenders have latched onto the liqueur in much the same way they’ve taken up Chartreuse, another herbal, monastery-derived liqueur.

Cred is short for "credibility" and it means it has a good reputation among people "in the street" (the general public). "something-something" means a good thing that can't be defined too clearly. We might also say " a certain je ne sais quoi" in that circumstance.
