Yes, you need to change the has to have. Basic patterns / models for has and have:

First person singular: I have three apples.
Second person singular: You have three apples.
Third person singular: He / she / it has three apples.

First person plural: We have three apples.
Second person plural: You have three apples.

Number must match number also:
