Something is wrong in this sentence.

I am hoping graphics for turning pages and making dog ears should have been created already. I will be very disappointed in technology otherwise.

Yes, you need to change the has to have. Basic patterns / models for has and have:

First person singular: I have three apples.
Second person singular: You have three apples.
Third person singular: He / she / it has three apples.
