SOMETHING IS OVER (WITH) PLEASE NEED HELP

Hello

Could you please tell me which to say:

- Now that the exams are over (with), we can go out.

I've heard some sentence like this with "with" but leaving out the with sounds good too.

What about:

- I can't wait to get the exams over with.
