Something in my resume

Hi there,
I need a little help with my resume. Bascially, I am writing the "Qualifications" part and would like to rephrase the following qualification requirement:

(1) Effective interpersonal relationships, Initiative, Reliability, Judgment.

As an example, can I say something like this:

Demonstrated people skills, initiative, reliability, and good judgment in work and studies

On the other hand, I also would like convey this concept:
(2) highly self-motivated with strong work ethic, hard working or delligent

Do you think, (1) and (2) are kind of repeative or have common meaning?

Please feel free to make comments. Thanks a lot for your help.

All the following can go in together, but 'qualifications' in a resume usually demands a detailed listing of education, training and experience. Your phrases would fare better in your cover letter. Demonstrated people skills, initiative, reliability, and good judgment in work and studies, Highly self-motivated and diligent, with a s trong work ethic.

Thank you, Mister. I submit this resume online and they do not accept cover letter.

Anyway, there is a part in resume called summary, just following the objective. I can just put this in it.

BTW, I just figured out I might need three adjectives preceding these words: people skills, initiative, reliability since I put "good" before judgment.
Would you please help find them?

You don't need adjectives for the other nouns just because you have 'good judgment'. That is irrelevant.

You can omit some articles but not others, I am sure. There is no such hard-and-fast rule.
