Something, anything, and somewhere

Sometimes teachers said my sentences are a bit confusing.

My sentence is errored "A girl is annoying me while I am on bus. She always glances somewhere."

It's hard for me to think which anything or something i can put in sentence because I am confused.

Here are these sentences I tried to make.

-I am going to buy something or anything in a store.
-The boss will provide me something to do later.
-My mother wants me to clean anything on the table.

Anyway, help me to understand about these. Thanks!
