Somethimes I don't realize about 'that'.

Hello.Sometimes I don't have realize about 'that'.For example, the that was used in this sentence. "I was recently sent an infographic about skills you can teach your kids /that/ will make them better entrepreneurs. "As I know, after that, it should be followed full structure(s+v).But above sentence are started with 'will' after that.How could I understand like this grammar?

Look at this conversation:

A: What did your children learn in school today?
B: They learned how to budget their money.
A: Good! That will help them with spending and saving their money wisely!

"that" is the subject in the last sentence. The sentences can be combined to make a main clause and a relative clause:

The children learned budgeting skills that will help them with spending and saving their money!

That refers to "skills."
That also is the subject of "will help.".

A: Would you like to eat lunch at the Pizza House?
B: Yes. Pizza is a dish that is very tasty.

That refers to "dish."
That also is the subject of "is.".

Look at your sentence:
"I was recently sent an infographic about skills you can teach your kids that will make them better entrepreneurs. "
