Grammar

Somethimes I don't realize about 'that'.

Hello.

Sometimes I don't have realize about 'that'.
For example, the that was used in this sentence.
"I was recently sent an infographic about skills you can teach your kids /that/ will make them better entrepreneurs. "

As I know, after that, it should be followed full structure(s+v).
But above sentence are started with 'will' after that.

How could I understand like this grammar?

"that" is the subject in the last sentence. The sentences can be combined to make a main clause and a relative clause:

The children learned budgeting skills
