Hello. Which of these two sentences is correct?
The somersault motion of the acrobat was very impressive
OR
The somersaulting motion of the acrobat was very impressive
An exact phrase search in google for both "somersault motion" or "somersaulting motion" returns lots of Google Books results. Are both of them correct, depending on the context?
Both are correct, but I'd consider deleting the word 'motion'.
