Hello,in this context which is about gambling with cards,someone lost and the same person says "sheesh,either I'm so bad or you're pretty good" and then the winner says "doesn't matter but I'm gonna let you in on a little secret,your tell,you have very unfortunate tell,know what that is?" then as an answer to the question,the story flashbacks and the guy who's lost is anxious because of his bad hand and he's also weirdly winking,and then the story comes back to the present time.What's "your tell", and what does tell mean exactly?If I had to guess,tell is concerned with that weird winking which I think gave him away.Thank you for your time.
