Could '1' be used if he had insulted one employee on each occasion?
Could '2' be used if he had insulted a different employee on each occasion?


3-He had insulted people on two occasions.
4-He had insulted someone on two occasions.

Could '3' be used if he had insulted one person on each occasion?
Could '4' be used if he had insulted a different person on each occasion?
