'Someone/anyone' or 'somebody/anybody'?

When I am writing and it comes to a part where I would say 'somebody,' I am usually not sure if I should use 'someone' instead. The same for 'anybody/anyone.'

I'd like to know the difference between the two and the rules they follow. I am fairly certain that they are supposed to be used differently 'cause I often find myself choosing one or the other depending on the cirumstance. Thank you ina dvance.
