Is my sentence correct?

I have no idea what you are trying to say, unless perhaps it's "The crazy murderer does not deserve to live." (And I could only guess that from the title of your post.) You could say, for instance, "This terrible life of pain and suffering is not worth living," but you can't say a person is not worth living.
