Someone their feet on the ground

Hello everybody.

Would you please tell me what the following means?

I am glad someone at last with their feet on the ground to keep an eye on this glamorous squad and their antiques.

Thanks so much for the help ??.

An idiom:

The opposite is "have their head in the clouds"

The "someone" is very practical and serious, not a dreamer.

They know the actual value of these people and their antiques, and which ones just have fake imitations.
