Someone please correct this sentence..

When I saw a photo of a gang on TV or in a news paper, I wanted to say;

"Except that the two people in the right side of the photo the others were the people who escaped from the prison and the police are finding them now. For the one who will catch them will have $1000 as a gift." ----> Is this sentence grammatically correct?

Except for the two people on the right side of the photo, these are the men who escaped from pris on , and the police are apprehending them now. Whoever catche s them will get a $1000 reward.
