Someone please correct my sentences

1. As I didn't bring your book I think it's useless to meet us today!

2. Use that cream ones a 2week.

3. Would people vote for that party at the election?

4. Will she agree for you to be a contestant for the election?

5. She was chilled out in the evening!

dilshiI thought 'would' uses when we talk something polite, a request and in future tense. Am I wrong?
No, but that is only one use of 'would', of course.
