Someone please correct my sentences

3. Would people vote for that party at the election?

4. Will she agree for you to be a contestant for the election?

5. She was chilled out in the evening!

I'm really confused with 'will' and 'would'. I really can't understand the exact places to use those words.

dilshiI thought 'would' uses when we talk something polite, a request and in future tense. Am I wrong?
No, but that is only one use of 'would', of course.
